2 tea recipes to moisturize the skin inside and radiate it

Useful tips to hydrate the skin correctly

We must moisturize well, this way we clean and oxygenate the skin, we have to drink from 1.5 liters to 2 liters of water a day, the water also helps us eliminate the toxins that accumulate in our body.

Green tea, mint and ginger

To prepare this infusion we resort to mint, green tea and ginger root.

This combination has antioxidant properties, which in addition to helping to moisturize the skin, helps us to stop free radicals and protect from oxidation both skin cells and our body.


  • A teaspoon of mint
  • A teaspoon of green tea.
  • A piece of ginger.
  • A cup of water.
  • A teaspoon of stevia, or brown sugar cane, (optional yes perhaps like to sweeten the infusion).


In a heater we put the water to boil.

Once it starts to boil, add the plants and keep boiling for about 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, cover the infusion and let it rest for 10 minutes.

We fill the infusion, let warm to take it.

If you like to sweeten the infusions, do it to your liking.

This infusion can be taken twice a day.

White tea and cinnamon

The combination of white tea and cinnamon help keep the skin hydrated, young, bright and smooth.


  • A teaspoon of white tea.
  • A cinnamon stick
  • A cup of water.
  • A teaspoon of stevia, or brown cane sugar, (optional).


We put the water to boil in a heater.

When it boils, add the teaspoon of white tea and the cinnamon stick.

We boiled for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, and let the infusion covered for 10 minutes.

We uncover the infusion, we strain it and let it cool.

Sweeten it to taste.

From this infusion we can drink two cups a day.
