Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of Mozzarella cheese in pieces.
  • 50 grams of Emmenthal cheese in pieces.

Elaboration:

In a pan put a little olive oil to warm. Add the beaten egg and with low heat let it cook only the bottom.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • Half of a small green pepper in strips.
  • Half a small red pepper in strips.
  • A clove of minced garlic.
  • A small onion minced and golden brown.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of ground black pepper.
  • A pinch of salt.

Elaboration:

Wash the peppers well, remove the seeds and cut them into strips. We remove the skin from the onion, wash it and cut it into small pieces. We remove the skin from the garlic clove and cut it into thin slices.

We put an olive oil fondito to heat with low heat in a pan. When it is hot, add the onion and brown it, well with low heat.
