When doubts assail us and we try to put the label of insecurity, a positive thought could be to think that "we are reflective", instead of thinking that you think about things a lot, we should think like this, "I am reflective because I prefer to see and weigh the pros and cons".

We must also think that as human beings we are entitled to make mistakes, we should not demand and lower the bar, we should not seek perfection and carry out a healthy self-criticism that contributes to improving without becoming self-deprecating, learning to forgive our mistakes .

In order to finalize and achieve acceptance, we must forget the role of judge that we exercise over ourselves and put into practice a well-measured self-indulgence which means consciously accepting oneself and putting the means to act properly.
