- 9 fresh artichokes
- 60 g of flour
- 5 eggs
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 130 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper
First try to clean the artichokes a little, especially if they have some dirt. Then carefully cut the top of these, and remove the leaves plus doubts. Now cut the stem through the base. Wash them, cut them into four pieces and reserve.
