Elaboration:

  1. We wash the spinach, drain and chop them in a small way, we reserve.

  3. Add the diced walnuts, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt and the spinach, stir well, reduce the heat and cook until the spinach is tender.

  3. Turn off the heat and cover the cannelloni with the béchamel sauce. Over the béchamel sauce we put the grated cheese.
  4. We introduce the cannelloni into the preheated oven.
