Classification of fruits

The fruits they are indispensable foods within a healthy and balanced diet, given that they contribute to our organism all those essential nutrients that we need every day to carry out their different functions equally essential for life.

Acid fruits

From a nutritional point of view with excellent fruits to lower both high cholesterol and uric acid levels.

Semi-acid fruits

Sweet fruits

Neutral fruits

They are the richest in essential nutrients for the body and diet, such as vitamins, minerals, trace elements and proteins.

They are the following fruits: avocado, almond, hazelnut, peanut, cocoa, chestnut, coconut, corozo, macadamia, peanut and walnut.
