Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of butter.
  • 140 grams of extra-fine sugar.
  • 250 grams of flour.
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
  • 55 grams of dried cherries.
  • Salt

Preparation of cookies with double chocolate:
