Ginger, almond and pistachio muffins: exquisite recipe

The recipe that we present below is to make three flavored muffins different, choosing for it the delicious -and aromatic- ginger, and two equally exquisite nuts: almonds and the pistachiosThe practical thing about this recipe is that we can make them at the same time, that is, with the same mass.

The mass of muffins that we elaborate will be separated into three parts and we will add to each one the flavor that corresponds to it and that will make them different.

It is a simple recipe to prepare and with that touch of Christmas flavor we can present them and surprise our guests at the time of tasting.

The muffins are ideal to accompany a snack, at breakfast, as a dessert or simply when we want to take something sweet to the mouth.

At Christmas, it is customary to have sweets, whether they are characteristic or traditional at this time, like any other homemade sweet that we can think of or we want to prepare those days.

After the Christmas Eve Dinner or the Christmas day meal, you always want to end up with a sweet snack, even if it is just a little bit.

Recipe of gingerbread muffins, almonds and pistachios

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • One yolk
  • A clear one
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 120 grams of simple wheat flour.
  • 100 grams of butter.
  • Half a teaspoon of yeast
  • 20 grams of grated fresh ginger root and half a teaspoon of the ginger powder coffee.
  • One teaspoon of the sweet almond paste coffee or 60 grams of ground almonds.
  • A teaspoon of pistachio pasta coffee.

Elaboration:

  1. Before starting to prepare the mass of the muffins, we will preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 º C.
  2. In a bowl or bowl we put the two whole eggs plus one yolk, add the sugar and beat well until they are whitish. We add the flour, the yeast and we beat again, we reserve.
  3. Beat the clear to the point of snow and then mix it with enveloping movements in the reserved mixture.
  4. Once well incorporated the clear mounted, we divided the mixture in three parts, that is to say we took three bowls and we distributed the mixture.
  5. Now we will incorporate the flavors to each bowl. In a bowl we put the ginger, stir to mix well the flavor.
  6. We do the same with the other two bowls, we put the almond paste or the ground almonds, we remove, and in the last bowl we add the pistachio paste.
  7. Then we put the mixture in the muffin molds. We place the oven tray halfway up to cook the muffins.
  8. We cooked the muffins with a temperature of 180º C for half an hour.
  9. After the time, carefully remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for a while, before unmolding the muffins.

In our case we have chosen a tray that already comes with the hole to make the cupcake, but we can also use the classic paper molds to make the muffins, the ones we can say all our lives.

We can also resort to silicone molds. ThemesChristmas Christmas Recipes
