How to make a delicious spiced bread

This recipe for spiced bread is an ideal recipe for those who like to eat bread with cereals or bread with a touch of spices. It's a bread low in calories and a good source of fiber, ideal for those suffering from constipation or for those who simply follow a diet rich in fiber (remember that it is essential to enjoy good health).

On the other hand, this spiced bread stands out for being an easy recipe to prepare and in a short time we have an exquisite bread ready.


  • 5 tablespoons of oat bran.
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat bran.
  • 2 tablespoons of skim milk powder.
  • A yeast's packet.
  • 5 tablespoons white cheese 0% fat.
  • Egg.
  • 2 tablespoons of special spice mix for breads that usually comes prepared or prepare your own mix with your favorite spices.
  • One and a half tablespoons of liquid sweetener.


We start by preheating the oven to have it hot before cooking the bread and for this we will put the oven with a temperature of 180 º C about 20 minutes.

In a bowl, we put the oat bran and the wheat bran along with the milk powder and the yeast. Mix everything and add the white cheese saved with milk powder and yeast.

Then add the white cheese stirring well, and now add the egg well beaten.

We are working the dough to get a homogeneous mass. Add the spice mixture and the sweetener and knead again. We grease the walls and the bottom of the mold with a little olive oil or butter.

We put the dough inside the greased mold and we introduce it in the oven to cook it. We cook the bread with a temperature of 150º C for 45 minutes. When it is cooked carefully, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Once cold we unmold it and cut it into slices.
