Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
If we have decided on the mass already prepared we must put it at room temperature so that it is defrosted at least 30 or 40 minutes before preparing the rolls.
- A packet of fresh dough with yeast.
- 30 grams of white sugar
- 40 grams of brown or whole sugar.
- 50 grams of ointment butter without salt.
- A teaspoon of cinnamon powder (coffee).
- Sugar glas to decorate.
We open the package, extract the dough and stretch it. Melt the butter, either in a heater on the fire or in the microwave. Once the butter is melted, we take a brush and brush the dough with butter on the one hand.
With sugar and cinnamon we make a mixture. We spread the mixture of sugar and cinnamon well over the whole surface of the dough that has butter. Next we are rolling the dough.
