How to make shampoo with natural ingredients
Whether you are a woman or a man, it is quite likely that at some point you have asked yourself the following question: how often should you wash your hair? The reason is more than obvious. Today there are many doubts, myths and beliefs directly related to hair washing, and above all, with the appropriate frequency in which you would have to wash your hair every week. While it is true that both dermatologists and cosmetologists do not tend to agree fully on this issue, the key is in common sense. That is to say, whenever you feel you have dirty hair or hair, it is normal to wash it properly.
On the other hand, we must bear in mind that washing hair every day does not spoil it, especially if we wash and dry it correctly, and we also use appropriate products.
What shampoo to choose to wash the hair?
As long as there is no pathology or problem in the scalp (such as psoriasis, dandruff ...), it is best to use a neutral PH shampoo, which helps adequately when removing dirt from hair, but does not cause irritation to the scalp, as it does not contain alcohol, preservatives or added fragrances.
In herbalists and specialty stores you can find shampoos made with 100% natural ingredients. The vast majority are shampoos that exclusively contain plants and herbs with softening and conditioning qualities, which help in a very positive way in the washing and natural care of the hair.
Of course, if you have some kind of pathology or health problem on the scalp, and you need to use a specific treatment shampoo, the key is to alternate it with neutral PH shampoo.
