Then wash it well, peel it and cut some slices, placing them over your eyes. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Cotton balls soaked in chamomile infusion: In addition to the green tea bags, the infusion of chamomile is another ideal natural option against swollen eyes, thanks to the fact that it is a medicinal plant with anti-inflammatory and decongestant action. To make the infusion you must heat the equivalent of a cup of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then pour the hot water over a teaspoon of chamomile, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
