How to take a sauna: tips

Many health specialists and doctors recommend take a sauna when it comes to purifying our body naturally and eliminating toxins, which also allows us to enjoy most of the benefits of the sauna.

Before entering the sauna

It is advisable to shower with warm water and dry well. In this way we will help our body to get better at the temperature inside the sauna (between 80 to 100 degrees) and that the temperature shock is not strong or dangerous.

Inside the sauna

If this is the first time you are going to enter the sauna or you have been practicing it for a short time, try to stay only 10 minutes. In case you are more accustomed, it is advisable not to stay more than 15 minutes.

It is better to sit in the middle bank or in the upper bank. In this way you will not overload your heart. Of course, to keep your body at the same temperature, you should lie down or sit with your feet on the seat.

Outside the sauna

The moment you leave, remember that it is essential to avoid possible dizziness by lifting yourself little by little.

Then, first avoid a sudden change in temperature, for minutes after showering with cold water, always from the extremities to the center of the body.
