The dangers of diet according to blood group

It is not scientifically proven that this type of diet really works, and above all that it is not a serious danger to health.

For this reason, at least for the time being, it must be marked as a type of "magic" or "garbage" diet that can endanger our health, since basic foods are eliminated for the organism, or are exchanged for others that They do not have the same nutrients.
