Nutritional information of zapote

Nature gives us a whole set of fruits extremely beneficial and suitable for our health, especially because they provide us with a set of essential nutrients for the proper functioning of our body.

The zapote is a fruit low in calories and fats, which however is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins (of which we can highlight vitamin A and vitamin C) and minerals (such as calcium and phosphorus).

  • Fiber: 0.9 gr.
  • Vitamins: A (130 mg.), B1 (0.03 mg.), B2 (0.09 mg.), B3 (0.63 mg.) And C (8.5 mg.).
  • Minerals: calcium (22 mg.), Phosphorus (15 mg.), Iron (1.5 mg.) And sodium (8 mg.).
