Purifying broth for Christmas excesses: recipe

Today is December 24 (Merry Christmas!), A very special day that we usually share in the company of our family and friends, being very common to sit around the table to enjoy delicious and succulent meals.

And after the stuffed turkey, prawns and canapés, who can resist the typical desserts of this beautiful time of the year? Nougats, marzipans, polvorones ... can sweeten these parties, but also become a real "danger" to our health, and especially to our figure.

In days like today it is also common to drink alcohol, whether wine, liquor, cider or champagne (especially when giving as a family). Reason why, after the Christmas holidays, the most advisable is to know how purify the liver, fundamentally because it is one of the organs that most tend to "suffer" the excesses of Christmas.

In addition to following some useful tips for the natural cleansing of our body, for the days following the big dinners (such as December 25 and January 1), you can make a wonderful depurative broth, about whose recipe we speak to you on this occasion.
