  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt

Preparation of the mustard vinaigrette:

  1. Put the mustard, black pepper and salt in a mortar and mix well with the help of a fork.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar little by little as you continue to beat.
  3. Then do the same with extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Continue beating until there is a well emulsified sauce.

Mustard and honey vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon soft mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of mustard and honey vinaigrette:

  1. Put the mustard, salt and black pepper in a mortar. With the help of a fork, beat everything well, so that they mix and integrate perfectly.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar and continue beating.
  3. Add the honey and mix well again with the help of the fork.
  4. Finally, pour the extra virgin olive oil while stirring, until you get an emulsified sauce.
