  • 1 glass of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 1 lemon and its peel
  • 2 teaspoons of black peppercorns

Steps to prepare the remedy

First, put a saucepan in the water bath with a little water. When the water in the water bath boils, lower the heat and let it boil over low heat. Meanwhile, wash the lemon well, cut it in half and squeeze it to obtain its juice, removing the seeds.
