Simple and delicious recipes with black truffle

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams of noodles
  • A small black truffle grated.
  • Water.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A pinch of ground black pepper.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 100 grams of butter.

Elaboration:

  1. In a cauldron with boiling water, a little salt and a splash of extra virgin olive oil, we start to cook the noodles al dente or a little more cooked if we would like it more like that.
  2. Once the noodles are at their point, we extinguish the fire and drain.
  3. We put the noodles drained in a tray or source in which we are going to serve them.
  4. In a heater put the butter to melt, when melted, put a pinch of ground black pepper, stir and extinguish the fire.
  5. Add the melted butter over the noodles.

Scrambled eggs with black truffle

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A pinch of ground black pepper.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking cream.
  • A black truffle laminated or grated.

Elaboration:

  1. We put on the heat to heat a pan spread with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs well, with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.
  3. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and when it begins to set, add the tablespoons of cream, stir well and remove from heat.

Cream of potatoes with black truffle

This recipe for cream of potatoes with black truffle is very rich. For other occasions or to change our menu or recipe a little we can use the traditional recipes of vegetable creams, such as pumpkin cream, leeks, onion, zucchini, asparagus, spinach, and then add the black truffle grated

Ingredients:

  • 2 tender onions, medium-sized, diced.
  • Half a kilo of potatoes, peeled and cut into squares.
  • A liter of vegetable broth.
  • A small brick of cream to cook.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A pinch of ground black pepper.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • A grated black truffle.

Elaboration:

  1. In a pot we put a little olive oil to poach the tender onions.

  3. Add the vegetable broth, a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and cook, with moderate heat, for 30 minutes.
