The benefits of white fish and what are the lean ones

From a nutritional point of view, white fish stands out for its richness in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, and for its high content of proteins of high biological value (around 20% per 100 grams of edible part). These proteins are also considered as good quality because it means that they provide all the essential amino acids, which are easily assimilated by our body. Which in turn means that they are easily digestible fish.
