When fear cancels us as people

We are fearful by nature. Many times we panic to changes, to the unknown, to the new stages that life can bring us. The worst of all is that many times we do not realize that all these movements can be one of the many keys to be happy.

If you leave a record of your fears in a notebook, you will have outsourced them and therefore it will be easier to tackle them in the future.

Delve into the reasons for your fear

To admit that you are afraid will suppose that you are going to stop having it? Nothing is further from reality. The next step after acceptance is to delve into the reasons why that fear forms of you. Has it arisen from negative experiences of the past? Or has it been something or someone who has instilled it in you? Is this fear something temporary?

It is very important to ask this type of questions. In this way, fear itself will become smaller. It will stop being so important. In fact, from this moment you can face him more quickly and effectively.

Most successful people today had to face all kinds of fears and setbacks to get to what they are today. Bill Gates, Antonio Banderas, Walt Disney ... The list is long and can continue to increase with people like you if you really intend it.

And finally, you just have to add value

There is no magic wand that will make you stop being afraid of something. This is a long and heavy process that can be extended for many months. Here there is no choice but to add a little value to the matter. Most of the fears we have come unfounded by future events that have not yet occurred. The present is what matters most right now, the one that allows you to own your own actions.

It makes little sense to focus our attention on things that have not happened. For this reason it is very important to have some kind of motivation that catapults you towards future successes. Do not create a preconceived image of yourself in an environment of failure. This is not you, that is not your reality and therefore you should not worry about it.

And if in the end it turns out that you "fail" in your endeavor, there will always be time to correct mistakes. There will always be time to reconnect with yourself. And you will always have time not to make the same mistake again. And it will be there when you realize that you are a strong person.
