Ingredients that you need
- 1/2 liter of milk cream
- 1/2 liter of whole milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons of Matcha tea
- 130 grams of whole cane brown sugar

Put a saucepan to heat over low heat and heat the milk a little together with the Matcha green tea until it reaches the boiling point. When it begins to boil, turn off the heat, set it aside and let it rest for 8 minutes, stirring the mixture well from time to time so that the milk acquires all the flavors that it provides and provides the tea.
