Ingredients:

  • 230 gr. of fine oat flakes
  • 100 gr. of oatmeal
  • 150 gr. of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml. Of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chemical yeast

Preparation of basic oatmeal cookies:

  1. In a large bowl or in the bowl of the food processor put the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and yeast. Mix everything well a little.
