The summer It is without a doubt one of the favorite stations by millions of people around the world. It is an era in which many people try by all means to disconnect a bit from the worldly noise and all the worries that surround them. And for that, they usually choose those famous coastal destinations that they use to take a dip and then re-read reading their favorite book. What is a most desirable plan?

In this sense, we Spaniards can feel most fortunate. In the north, south and east of the country we can find almost 8,000 kilometers of coastline that will help us enjoy a more than deserved vacation. All without mentioning the beautiful and exotic Canary Islands.

For example, in Andalusia we have the marvelous Costa del Sol where the beaches of Torremolinos and Marbella at the top dazzle any tourist who likes to visit them. Next, we must not lose sight of the Costa Dorada, where both the islands of Mallorca and Menorca together with Valencia, Tarragona and Barcelona are a precious gift for our eyes.

And what to say about the entire Atlantic Coast, where the autonomous communities of Galicia, Cantabria, Euskadi offer some of the most exclusive beaches along with very pleasant temperatures during practically the whole summer. Neither do we forget the Canary Islands, where Tenerife and Gran Canaria offer some of the most exotic coasts dotted by a completely volcanic terrain.

When does summer begin in Spain? And in the rest of the world?

In short, we do not have to tell you that Spain is one of the best places that exist to spend our vacations due to the great tourist offer that exists. In fact, there are already more than 50 million tourists who visited us throughout the year, a figure that shows us that the tourism sector is experiencing an authentic golden age.

  • Drink enough water. It is recommended to drink at least two liters of water per day. In this way, we will hydrate our entire body with the aim that this can work with full normality. You have to remember that our whole body is made of 80% H2O. Therefore, it is extremely important to keep it hydrated and oxygenated at all times.
  • Try not to leave during the hottest hours of the day. Here depends a little on the region where we are. But in some cities like Seville, Cáceres or Córdoba you can exceed 40 degrees of temperature from twelve in the morning. Therefore, it is very important to stay at home until the minimum is evening. Otherwise, we may suffer from severe sunstroke or dehydration.
  • Protegeros del sol. If you are going to go to the beach to get dark, it is very important to cover your head and face with a hat or cap. Especially if we're going to be exposed to the sun for too long. To this we must also add a sunscreen with a factor of fifty or higher to avoid skin burns.
