Weight loss tips after summer vacation
Although it is usual that before the start of the summer holidays many people start the so-called bikini operation, the most common is that during the time that our rest period actually lasts we tend to gain weight.
The reasons that cause it are more than obvious: if we previously practiced physical exercise normally, with the arrival of holidays we usually lose this habit; if we also followed a more balanced diet, during the holidays - especially if we spent them away from home and go to the beach or pool a lot - it is more normal to eat other types of products and food (being common the consumption of more snacks and snacks salty, as is the case with French fries).
The final result of our vacations, in addition to feeling rested and relaxed, is an increase in weight that, when we realize it, we want to lower it as it is.
