As its own name could indicate, piloxing consists of the combination of pilates and boxing exercises, which allows mixing aerobic exercises with other types of exercises that seek to enhance and work the muscles and the flexibility of our body.

One of the main advantages of piloxing is that it can be done at home, since it is only necessary to know the exercises well, to have a mat and special gloves.

It was created by the Swedish Viveca Jensen in Beverly Hills (United States), when she was forced to withdraw from the ballet due to an injury, and was dedicated to train as an instructor in various sports.
