The recipe that we propose next, with the ingredients in the quantities that we indicated, will allow you to make a hot chocolate with cinnamon for approximately 4 servings.

Ingredients you need:

  • 120 gr. of dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 50 gr. of white sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation of hot chocolate with cinnamon:

First you must pour the milk in a saucepan, add the two cinnamon sticks and light the fire to heat it. Apart, in another saucepan, dissolve the cocoa powder in 100 ml. of hot milk, stirring constantly. Now add the sugar to this last dipper.

In the large saucepan pour the pieces of chocolate and stir well until it has completely melted. Add the mixture of cocoa powder, milk and sugar and continue stirring.

  • 115 gr. of dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 liter of vegetable drink (your favorite)
  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 50 gr. of white sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation of hot chocolate with vegan cinnamon:

As you can imagine, the steps to follow are absolutely the same as those indicated in the previous basic recipe, but replacing the milk of animal origin with the vegetable drink. That is, pour the vegetable drink into a saucepan, add the cinnamon sticks and heat.

In another saucepan add 100 ml. of vegetable drink and dissolve the cocoa stirring well and constantly. Then add the sugar.
