We live in a moment in which, as we have already mentioned on several occasions, both stress and anxiety are synonymous with practically every day; to the point where it is difficult not to run from one side to the other, and not to enjoy the present moment (which many experts in Psychology refer to as here and now).

For this reason, it is essential to practice a few minutes of relaxation every day, because only in this way will we be able to get away from the daily nervousness, stress and anxiety.

How to relax naturally

  • Daily rest: If you work or study, having a few minutes to relax whenever you feel nervous is ideal, especially to avoid the stress of work.
