Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon gofio
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 glass of milk

Preparation

Peel the banana and cut it into several pieces. Put all the ingredients together with the milk in the blender jar, and beat well until there is a liquid mixture.

No need to add sugar, since honey will give the sweet touch, which combines perfectly with the sweetness of the banana.

Banana smoothie with plums and molasses

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 5 dried plums
  • 1 teaspoon of molasses
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder

Preparation

In a bowl with mineral water place the dried plums for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.

Put all the ingredients in the blender jar and beat well until a smooth mixture forms.

* If you do not have molasses you can substitute a teaspoon of cane honey.

Beet juice

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. of beet
  • 1 spoon of sugar

Preparation

Cut the beets into pieces and limp. Add a little sugar to taste.

* You can add carrot to provide a different flavor.

Energetic juice of apple, orange and lettuce

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples
  • Lettuce leaves

Preparation

Cut the orange in half and squeeze it, reserving your juice. Peel the apples, chop them and remove their hearts.

Wash the lettuce leaves well and add all the ingredients in the blender glass, along with the orange juice.

Beat everything well, until it is mixed, and it works.
