Flax seeds for hair: benefits and how to make a hair mask

But now we are going to the problem that brings us together. How to prepare a mask of flax seeds for hair? Too easy.
We will start by saying that the consumption of flax seeds has a double healing power: on the one hand combat hair loss and the other side helps the growth of it. It also helps to keep the hair brighter, to avoid frizz or frizz, to have smoother and more hydrated hair.
Generally it has two ways to be used for its curative use:
- Take a spoonful of flax seed in the morning, previously ground and soaked throughout the night. It can be mixed with honey or yogurt.
- To prepare flax water for hair loss, place three tablespoons of flax seed in a liter of water, stir and let it rest for a couple of days. Then the water of the flax seeds is applied directly on the scalp, not on the whole hair, massaging gently.
How to make the hair mask
You will need the following ingredients: a saucepan, a colander, a tablespoon and a half of flax seeds, 200 ml of water, a glass jar and a wooden spoon.
Water should be heated to a slow heat, once it boils the seeds are added. It is ready when you see that the texture is like a gel (usually it does not take more than 10 minutes). Strain it immediately, store it in a glass jar. Once warm keep it in the refrigerator for a period of between 5 and 7 days.
