  • Eat often: distribute the meals 5 times a day (breakfast, a small lunch, lunch, a small snack and dinner). And always opt for healthy and natural foods. Foods rich in sodium will help you raise your blood pressure, but remember that it is not at all advisable to consume these foods without control, it is not advisable to exceed the consumption of 8 grams of sodium per day.
