Parsley rinse

Ingredients you need: leaves of parsley, 3 cloves and 2 cups of water.

Preparation of the parsley rinse: first wash the parsley leaves well and crush them well thick. Then put the two cups of water in a saucepan or casserole and when it starts to boil add the parsley and cloves. Leave boiling for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and stir well with a wooden spoon until the mixture cools. Once cold strain the liquid, reserving in a small bottle or glass jar.

Rosemary and mint rinse

Ingredients you need: a handful of rosemary leaves, a handful of mint leaves, the peel of a lemon, a piece of cinnamon sticks and 3 cups of water.

Preparation of the rosemary and mint rinse: Put the 3 cups of water in a saucepan and when it starts to boil add the leaves of rosemary, mint, lemon zest and a piece of cinnamon. Let boil for 10 minutes. After this time turn off the heat, cover and let rest 30 minutes. Once cold strain the liquid and pour into a small bottle or glass jar.

Thyme rinse

Ingredients you need: 80 gr. of thyme, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 liter of water.

Preparation of thyme rinse: first cut the thyme into pieces. Then boil the water. Just when it starts to boil, add the cut thyme and salt, leaving on the fire for 10 minutes. After this time turn off the fire, cover and let rest another 10 minutes. Finally let it cool and strain.
