Ingredients to make yogurt at home:

  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 15 gr. of sugar

You also need a glass or plastic container.

Steps to make yogurt at home:

  1. Put the liter of whole milk in a saucepan or pan and heat until it starts to boil.
  2. When it breaks to boil the milk extinguishes the fire and removes the dipper. Let it cool.
  3. Once cold put the milk in the container, add the yogurt and sugar.
  4. Mix it well and cover it.
  5. Let stand for 12 hours in a place where there is 25ÂșC of temperature, stirring occasionally. If it is not possible to get this temperature you can preheat the oven for 5 minutes at maximum power and turn it off, put in it the closed container and leave it at rest for 12 hours indicated.
  6. After this time, the milk will have fermented.
